How to make a purchase
Once you have found something sparkly and lovely you'd like to buy, simply add it to your shopping cart and follow the simple instructions to checkout using PayPal.
PayPal is a safe, easy and secure way to buy online,. You can choose to pay with your bank account, credit/debit card or PayPal balance. Simply follow the on-screen instructions - easy peasy!
Once you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Postage & Delivery
Postage and packaging starts from just £1.75 per order for small items (brooches, rings, earrings etc.) sent within the UK. Larger/more expensive items such as headbands and tiaras are charged at £6.50 per order sent within the UK and are sent by UK Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery. You will only be charged for P&P once no matter how much you buy! Shipping for international orders is charged at an additional £2.00 per order on top of UK prices. Your purchases will usually be dispatched within 2-3 business days of cleared payment being received and you will receive an email from Blanche & Lola confirming dispatch.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if not, you can return it for a refund (minus postage and packaging costs) within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at: hello@blancheandlola.com first to let us know you will be returning an item.
All returns need to be sent back to us using the same method of postage which was used for delivery, in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Please note that pierced earrings cannot be accepted for refunds due to health and hygiene reasons.
